Great place!

Parkside is a nice quiet gated community with a lot to offer. The amenities and location make it ideal for singles and families. The office personnel are fabulous. Thank you Deb and Tish for all your help and support during g the whole process.

Think again before signing a lease here…

This is NOT a gated community. In the almost 2 years living here, the gate worked for maybe a week. This caused huge parking problems and even though there were “threats” to tow, management never did anything about non residents parking there. We didn’t have hot water for a whole week and it just was not a priority for maintenance to fix it. Get ready to be charged an arm and a leg when you move out. I have rented apartments for 15 years and never had move out fees?? Getting out of this… apartment complex is awful. The traffic has become so bad that turning left out of the complex is nearly impossible. The turnover with the staff is constant, so consistency is an issue.

AWESOME LOCATION

Office staff was very friendly , loved the location. You can walk to the beach from the property. Very clean modern stainless steel appliances , huge chefs kitchen in the 2 bedroom units . Very cute property.
