Grand Lagoon

Moved from Georgia to Panama City Beach for a job at the port. Living here honestly has been an overall solid experience. The location is hard to beat - close to beach and easy to get to Panama City. Best of both worlds. I love the large space convenient washer and dryer in unit, and super pet friendly. Very happy here.

Wonderful place to live

Great amenities! The pool is kept in spectacular condition and the community is trash free! I love living here, the people in the office are warm and welcoming and maintenance is quick and prompt with work orders!

Awesome apartment

I love living here, the rooms are nice and spacious and great family environment. Play ground for the kids. The staff is warm and friendly and you’re always greeted with a smile. The gym and pool is awesome. ????
