The first floor features a bright open-concept living area and a well equipped kitchen with seating for six at the island, and a dining table for eight. Upstairs, unwind in a full bathroom and laundry closet. The top floor offers a large observation deck. Four rental bikes are included for easy exploring.
Wristbands are required for all guests age 8 and over to access the pool, tram service, or beach access. Parking passes are required at all times. Additional bikes can be rented at the nearby Peddlers Pavilion (bikes provided March - October).
Walk or bike to local favorites such as La Crema Tapas & Chocolate, Cowgirl Kitchen, Amavida Coffee, Edwards Fine Food & Wine, and Pizza by the Sea. Explore Alys Beach's stunning architecture or Rosemary Beach's weekend markets. Paddleboard, kayak, or hike through nearby state parks such as Camp Helen, Deer Lake, and Topsail Hill Preserve. Rosemary and Alys Beach offer coastal boutiques and home décor shops. 30Avenue (Inlet Beach) offers upscale dining and lifestyle stores. The Hub 30A (Watersound) offers casual dining, live music, and shops. Pier Park (25 minutes east) offers major retail, restaurants, and entertainment.
