There are no stairs in the house, and the master bathroom features a walk-in shower, perfect for those with limited range of motion.
The open concept living and dining areas ensure that you and your guests will have plenty of room to rest, relax, and play! The backyard features a private pool, gas grill, and covered seating. A fully fenced yard provides great privacy. Bath towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels.
A street legal golf cart is included for guest use. Up to two dogs of non-aggressive breeds and under 60 lbs each are allowed upon approval and payment of a $115 pet fee.

The home is a short walk from beach access and a public boat ramp with lagoon and gulf access. There is a strict 8-person capacity limit, and anyone exceeding this limit will be subject to immediate discontinuation of their reservation without refund.
