Two bedroom One bath

I have been living in this two bed one bath apartment for approximately 4-5 months with my fiance. We pay $310 a week, every Friday. Everything is included, including cable.
The condition of the apartment is I would consider fair. There isn't any holes in the walls, one room is missing a door but the landlords are supposed to replace it; we already have the door just need to get a door knob on it and hang it. The bath tub was painted before we moved in and now after use, a pink substance is... peeling up around the drain.
The kitchen sink is a double sink. We only use one side of the sink (The right side, because the left side needs cocking around the drain, it has a small leak and or drip.) Other than small things the place is in a fair condition.
