The Villas at Ibis Landing

I absolutely love living in this community, it is extremely clean and everyone in the office is extremely welcoming. Dana and Oana especially are amazing at their jobs and always put a smile on my face. Maintenance is also extremely good at their job and is always there in a short amount of time to help me.

I’m genuinely confused by the high ratings for this property—they don’t reflect my experience at all.
The grounds are consistently dirty, with trash buildup and pet waste left uncollected. Noise is a major issue: loud outdoor parties and music regularly go from late evening (around 11 PM) until early morning (3–4 AM), making it difficult to sleep.
Management has been unresponsive and slow to address concerns. Maintenance requests take an unreasonably long time, and communication is poor. There… are also serious concerns about enforcement of basic rules, including pet cleanup and general property upkeep.
In addition, there have been instances where entry into apartments felt poorly communicated, which raises privacy concerns.
Overall, the experience here has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend prospective renters look elsewhere unless these issues are addressed. Read More

Bell's management is so flawed that people come and go from anywhere here every day in the complex. I've been robbed 4 times! They cut the screen, went in and stole it. When I call there, they say they are friends with the locals. They come and go drunk, making fun, without family. And even when we tried to call to complain they said not to call because we are bothering them. Disgraceful management!

Incompetent administration condominium. They don't even take the garbage anymore. A shame. Condominium poorly managed by incompetent people.
