Located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, this home is still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants. It is a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach, 25 minutes to Pensacola Beach and NAS Pensacola, 25 minutes to the Naval Aviation Museum, 30 minutes to Perdido Beach, and 15 minutes to Downtown Pensacola. A guidebook is available with inside information on local beaches, restaurants, and coffee shops. Pensacola is one of America's oldest and most storied cities and is located along the Gulf of Mexico with miles of white sand beaches.
Smoking is permitted outside the property in designated outdoor areas, and guests are asked to clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Parking is limited to four vehicles. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), broken glass/food in the hot tub ($250), and unwashed dishes ($50). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the pool. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee.
