It is a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach and 15 minutes to downtown Pensacola. A guidebook is available to provide assistance with finding additional local beaches, restaurants, and coffee shops.
Smoking is permitted outside the property in designated outdoor areas, and guests are kindly asked to clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Parking is limited to four vehicles. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), broken glass/food in the hot tub ($250), and unwashed dishes ($50). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the pool. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon check-out time will result in a $60 per hour (pro-rated) late check-out fee.
