Guests may hear children playing during school hours from the private school next door. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. No parties or events are allowed. Parking is limited to two vehicles. Additional cleaning fees apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250 minimum), and unwashed dishes ($50).
