Uber and Lyft operate in the area, and downtown is very walkable.
There is a small private school next door, and you may hear children playing during school hours. You're welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas, and a $250 fee will be assessed for smoking inside. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Additional fees for glitter or confetti will be $200. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave the property.
