Downtown is very walkable, and Uber and Lyft operate in the area. Nearby attractions include Navy Point Beach (11 minutes), the main Pensacola Beach (24 minutes), Naval Air Station (19 minutes), National Naval Aviation Museum (19 minutes), Pensacola Shopping Plaza (5 minutes), Corry Field Shopping Mall (7 minutes), Fort Pickens (45 minutes), and Gulf Breeze Zoo (37 minutes). Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am. No parties or events are allowed. Additional cleaning fees apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), and unwashed dishes ($50). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Additional fees may be incurred for damages, not picking up after pets in the yard, or pets on furniture or beds. Pets are not allowed to be left alone unless crated, and pet noise must not cause a disturbance. Unauthorized pets will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee. If additional guests join beyond the original reservation count without notification, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave.
