There is a small private school next door, so you may hear children playing during school hours. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Parking is limited to two vehicles. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), and unwashed dishes ($50). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property.
