Access the backyard porch/patio from the house, which includes patio furniture and a terrace area with a charcoal grill.
Pets are permitted at this home with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste in the yard or home will incur additional cleaning charges. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking (cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged. Parties and events are prohibited at the home unless pre-approved. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings. A $100 charge applies for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Guests must treat all towels and linens with care; a replacement fee will be charged for items stained or damaged beyond repair. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.
