Trying to get the maintenance staff to do anything here is next to impossible. The office manager and the assistant manager are incompetent and do not care about getting repairs done for our appartments. The only thing the maintenance men do is freshen up apartments where people who have moved out to get them ready for new renters, EVERYTHING ELSE takes a back seat to that - and I mean EVERYTHING. My elderly neighbor has had a plumbing issue for over 3 MONTHS and my other neighbor has had a… broken window for well over a month. I have had an AC issue for about 6 weeks. Unsafe and out dated, pest control issues inside and out, unclean amenities including pool/restrooms/laundry.Laundry rooms have broken w/d and are not fixed by property. Unprofessional management

We have had nothing but issues since renting. The apartments are very transient. Numerous tenants have mentioned that they are trying to get out of their lease. The "management" office is terrible to deal with. We caught them in numerous lies. Fake, fake, fake. They will be nice and accommodating until you sign the bottom line. RUN

Do NOT rent from these people. Pest control doesn’t come in when they say and as a result we had RATS come in through the coat closet and aside from having pest control come in once every few days Management did NOTHING to help us. At least EIGHT rats were trapped by Bug Out in our tiny one bedroom apartment. They refused to let us out of our lease with two months left even though the apartment was uninhabitable and we had to move to get away from any health hazards the rats may have caused. Not… only that, but they tried cashing a cashier’s check twice and when it didn’t go through the second time they tried to charge us a NSF fee and blamed our financial institution when it was the fault of the apartment complex instead of taking the blame themselves. In addition to all of this they will nickel and dime you for every light bulb or broken blind that have to be replaced simply through use. Parking is awful and there are not enough spots to accommodate all residents or any guests they may have. They also claim to be a dog friendly community, but there were always complaints about the dogs in the complex. Rent also fluctuates so you never know exactly how much you’re going to owe from month to month. They charge for water/sewer, etc. based on how many residents they have and spread it out among everyone instead of charging one flat amount. There are so many better apartments in Pensacola and these aren’t worth what they want to charge in rent. They’re old, run down and musty, even the “newly renovated” apartments, which ours was.
