Poor construction and cheap appliances

We lived in an apartment for only 5 months and had the dishwasher, washing machine and A/C break when we were there. The A/C took them multiple weeks to fix. In addition, they advertised that they were a gated community, but the gate was open the entire time we lived there.

Luxury Oasis

This was my first apartment. 3 minute commute from the beach, awesome pool, great staff, luxurious & modern apartment, nice running trail, etc. Really sad to leave this place.. will always remember Altura. Thanks for the awesome stay :)

I never want to move

First of all Kim and Savannah are the best! Their personalities sold me on the place before I even saw the property. Very helpful and kind, the type of people I want to be dealing with with anything apartment related. The property is beautiful, amazing pool area and gym that actually has everything you'd need. Definitely a community you want to be a part of. Apartments are modern and clean. Maintence is friendly and deals with issues quickly. Filing maintenance repair requests is easy through… their app. I love it here!

Just a stone's throw from the beach

Love it here. The leasing office team has been amazing. Friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any request. Thank you Cara and Savannah! The amenities are beyond anything else in the area. It feels like I'm living at a resort.

Apartment living with a condo feel.

The apartments have upper scale cabinetry and a stainless appliances. Trash pick up service at your door. The glass walk-in shower is amazing. And the guest bathroom with large tub is also amazing. Balconies are great and screened with a beautiful view of the pond with the fountain.
