The staff is great, they get maintenance request done within a day or two with a follow up to make sure it gets done. They also have an Amazon Hub box and bigger lockers for bigger packages. The staff is very friendly and they have great amenities. Aside from their gym, study room and pool, I really love using their car wash station. The complex is clean and well maintain.

I moved from Virginia after graduation from the Naval Academy in April 2017 to attend training at NAS Pensacola. From start to finish my needs were always met or exceeded. I lived here for two years. The grounds were always kept clean and maintenance was almost always available the same day, they always were for big issues. The staff was really friendly and willing to help out with any problems you might have. Overall, I enjoyed living here and would recommend it to anyone who was moving to the area.

I have lived here 3 years and feel it is not only the best deal in town, but a place I am proud to call home. Not only do we have a pool, a gym and business center, but rent includes cable, internet, a washer & dryer in the home but covered parking. All this you pay extra anywhere else. It is a hidden treasure on the Westside.
