Bay Oaks Condominiums I

Office staff is stellar but maintenance is horrible. He does not do anything and is extremely rude. I am moving because he did not fix my leaks and now I have mold.

I just moved in a couple weeks ago. Angela and Mark have been so helpful and communicative. They've made sure I'm knowledgeable about the property and have been willing to answer all of my many questions. Even though it's cold, the pool looks nice as well as the dog park. It's a good location. Tons of squirrels everywhere, but that doesn't bother me. I'm having a pleasant time settling in so far.

When I started searching the Pensacola area for my new home I was more than overwhelmed with the whole process of finding a place until I reached out to Bay Oaks. I called several communities prior to Bay Oaks that immediately told me they had no availability and to have a good day...and that's it! No waitlist, additional info, or anything to make me even want to rent with their community, even though I explained I wasn't needing anything immediate. The staff at Bay Oaks assisted me by applying… me to the waitlist since they did not have anything immediate. I was then contacted by Mark about an upcoming apartment within the time frame of my move. I have lived here for 7 months and everyone is so nice and attentive. The neighborhood is amazing, all the neighbors are so sweet. The management might be the best I’ve seen in a LONG time, Angela is truly one of the sweetest and caring person I’ve met. She is not only a property manager but a friend as well.
