Carriage Hills Apartments

I’ve lived at carriage hills since March and I have had the best experience! The property manager and maintenance team are so accommodating and make me feel like I am truly wanted here and appreciated. I’m glad that during this entire pandemic they have stayed open to still help all of us while every other complexes office was closed. 10/10 would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly and accommodating temp/permanent home.

The office staff is HORRENDOUS. They are liars and extremely rude! DO NOT rent from them.

MILITARY DO NOT live here!!! 1. Roaches 2. Never came to fix broken dishwasher 3. Most importantly, given notice of vacating within given time they scammed me out of rent. Never presented me with paperwork to sign and after the fact claimed I refused to sign. Poor management and communication.

I've been here in a 1 bedroom apartment near the leasing office for almost 2 years. The staff is amazing. Office staff is always friendly, respectful, and helpful. The maintenance staff are friendly and respectful. The few times I've needed maintenance for small issues, it took less than 2 hours for them to respond and repair. I was blown away! The grounds are constantly being groomed, I've personally NEVER had a single bug in or near the buildings or in my apartment. The apartment is… plenty spacious for just me and my little dog and was very clean.
Laundry facilities are always clean and well lit. As a single woman, I've never felt uncomfortable in walking my little dog around the grounds after dark. The turnaround in the 1 bedroom apartments seem to be often and only twice in my building have there been issues with noise levels, so I consider myself fortunate. I don't know if the other buildings farther away from the leasing office are as quiet as mine, so I can't comment on that. I've not taken the time to use the pool, but no doubt it's as well kept as the rest of the complex. Since I've been here, every time someone has moved out from my building, they've taken a whole month to renovate the apartment. I haven't seen the changes, though.

If you're fortunate to get a vacancy, I highly recommend this complex!! If more of the smaller apartments had washer/dryer hook-ups, I would have given 5 starts! Read More
