Zero stars
Mgmt changes every few months. Incompetent and unresponsive, IF you get thru to them. Apartments are filthy, tenants are noisy, elevated in/out of vehicles all hours of day and night. Suspicious “drug” activity. Mgmt doesn’t care as long as rent coming in. Laundry room has one working washer for 65 units. It’s literally a joke. Go live somewhere else.

Filthy & Unmaintained
This was the most discusting, filthy, poorly maintained, and overpriced appartment complex i have ever rented in my entire live. Management is incompetent, inconsistent, lazy, unprofessional, and immature. Do not waist your time. I promise you will be sorry.

Ever since the new manager started in March a lot of things have changed. This is a quiet and nice complex.

Absolutely terrible
Overpriced, out dated, no amenities. No property manager on site and takes weeks (sometimes months) to respond to correspondences. Property manager doesn't care, local offices don't care, and corporate office doesn't care. Literally not one person cares about this complex or its tenants.

awful, expensive, and not worth it
high price, poor quality. manager never on site, no dishwasher, and smokers everywhere. it's disgusting and she does not care about this complex, runs a bigger one which is first priority. definitely do not recommend this place! ):
