Sandalwood Apartments

We are celebrating our second year at Sandalwood. It is quiet and has many beautiful trees a d shrubs on the property. The management has doing an excellent job at maintaining this property!! Any service I needed was
taken care of immediately. Lawn is gorgeous and impeccably maintained. The
management is awesome!!

Roaches in the apartments, just talked to someone the lives in my old apartment and they are having the same issues i did. They never gave me back my deposit, or even sent me a letter saying it was used for any “repairs”. The women in the front office always had an attitude and was super rude.

My family and I haven’t been here even a year yet and our apartment is falling apart. It also seems like maintenance and the manager don’t really care. The “maintenance” that is done is never really fixing an issue, more so just aiding the problem for a later time. So much wrong with the unit itself, from the A/C to leaks. Maintenance came and made big holes in a couple of our walls and never came back to do anything about it. So much more to mention, but if I could do it again I would skip… right past this place. This apartment complex is generally quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are respectful of each other and the management is on top of things. We had a recent face lift and the buildings are beautifully done. I've been here 2 years and just signed a contract for a third year because I feel safe here.
