I just love everyone in the office when every I need anything fixed they are on it .When I needed my apartment when my RV living I was trying failed they they really cared and got me and my son in as fast as they could I just love their can do attitude. I just love you ladies..

Pros: Overall, I enjoy these apartments. They keep the grounds maintained and the maintenance man is very kind. The food trucks are a plus and fun activity. My apartment was clean when I moved in and I have had no issue with appliances. The pool is fun and clean as well.

Cons: I wished the gates were kept closed after hours. I know the apartment is pet-friendly but I wish they would not allow dogs to bark excessively throughout the day especially the basset hounds and beagles whose barks… naturally echo. The trash man is spiteful. I accidentally got a trash violation for putting the bag outside without it being in the trash can and now he purposefully leaves our lid ripped off the can and on the ground. It didn’t happen prior to this.

Management is very responsive when we have problems, they are pretty updated and well kept! Do wish they were hardwood floors all over but not a tie breaker! The only complex we’ve been able to find that has a closed in patio which is great for pets!

We love the community, it is very well kept and maintenance is timely with repairs. The only thing I wish is for the dog park to be bigger and more centralized on the property.
