The worst
Update : 3MONTHS AFTER MOVE OUT.
with all of the discounts that the first owners gave new move ins my deposit was $125. I moved out on Dec 24th i gave them my forwarding address right after move out once they were back in office. It took til 3 phone calls and 3 months to receive my deposit.. and it was short. It’s was $49.99. They charge me a late fee for my pro-rate amount because they didn’t double check that it before charging me the late fee so today 3/6/26 After they actually look at... instead of just sending out things without double checking. They finally understand what i was saying and told me i’ll get my $75 dollars back. Now how long that will take who knows.. but 10 mins on the phone trying to get people who should be double checking their work to understand their mistake.. not fun. I made the right decision moving away from here
Update with new owners :
Since the name change, this place has gone downhill. They no longer host monthly events, which used to be one of the few positives about living here. Maintenance is extremely inconsistent, they claim to come into your apartment to complete requests, but most of the time they never actually show up. My air conditioning has gone out three different times, and there’s mold in my apartment that still hasn’t been addressed.
Getting in contact with the front office is nearly impossible. Instead of being able to speak to a real person, you’re constantly redirected to an AI system named “Chloe,” which is beyond frustrating when you have serious issues that need attention.
Overall, the property management does not follow through on their responsibilities, and the living conditions have become unacceptable.
