Poor Management
These apartments seemed great at first, but there were too many issues while actually living there. The previous landlord and current one both lack professionalism in how they communicate with residents, if at all. As of the beginning of this year (2022), the landlord wasn't able to be reached via phone, email, or even in person most of the time. The laundry amenity has also been unavailable for an extended period of time with no updates as to when it would be fixed despite the previous landlord... promising to "tie up any loose ends" before abandoning the complex for a different one. Apparently repainting the buildings was a bigger priority than the promised amenities. The rent is too expensive for a mediocre living space where the tenants are treated as a nuisance.
