The Tristan

2 months in and everything is golden. I was not really looking forward to living in Florida but The Tristan has made it better and totally doable. It's generally very quiet and calm and there's enough events and spaces that I always feel like there's something to get out and do on property to get out of my shell but also not like there is always something happening where I can't enjoy the spaces or feel like I'm intruding. As an introvert that's been really nice to have options without feeling… edged out.

The staff has all been super responsive and nice and really transparent with anything going on, which I've appreciated. Everything in the public spaces is always really clean and accessible too.

I do love the pool area and it feels like living in a resort when I am out there. Kind of the whole thing feels like an all-inclusive sometimes. I have a dog so the number of dog "business" areas is really nice and the dog park too.

Overall location is awesome with plenty to do and "live" life with on 9 mile. There are multiple grocery options within 5 minutes and several gyms + a coffee shop you can walk to. It's really quiet even being close to all the businesses and I am one of the apartments closest to the main road and still don't even notice it. Read More

I recently moved to The Tristan and I couldn't be happier. It's the perfect place to live with its excellent amenities, great location and friendly staff. The Tristan is luxurious, yet not too expensive, and everything you need is at your fingertips. I'm so happy that I chose this place to settle down in and couldn't recommend it more!

My experience living in The Tristan Apartments has been nothing short of amazing! The building is well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for those who commute. The best part of all though is how quickly Mrs.Gasper responds to any questions that I had when first moving in. After having to move out of another place in PNS due to a roach infestation, once we found The Tristan, it was the easiest decision to make. It was even better that the staff, particularly Ivonna and Lauren, made the entire process so seamless start to finish. It’s right off west nine mile but you can’t hear the cars, the community feels very safe, and everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. This is my first luxury style apartment living, and it’s safe to say that The Tristan have gone… above and beyond to make this place feel like peace on earth, with a clubhouse we have access to 24/7, an awesome gym and fitness classes, massive pool, and a bunch of games. I’ve never left a review before for an apartment but after everything my partner and I have been through, it feels necessary to talk about how incredible our experience has been so far.
