Awesome

I've been living here since July ..it has been a wonderful experience. My maintenance is always addressed quickly. The maintenance workers are the best( especially Mason) The ladies in the office are great..always sweet and very accommodating...Pool is always clean as is the property...it has been a great experience....I'll be here till I find a house!!!!

I love it here!

We just moved in about a month ago and this place is wonderful! Aubrey is so sweet. She helped us throughout the entire process and answered the many questions I had lol. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The apartment itself was newly renovated and it’s super cozy. I definitely recommend Water’s Edge.

Water's Edge Apartments

I love these and the maintenance staff is excellent (professional always and very knowledgeable)! The front staff is always friendly and works with you Amber, Brenda and Steven we worked with - top notch. If my roommate did not had renewed I would still be here... we did like the fountains, and pool and work out. Quiet place most of the time.

Waters Edge Pensacola

Waters Edge is a quiet, gated community in northeast Pensacola and is a quick drive to UWF and I-10, with the mall and other shopping/grocery options close by. The grounds are well maintained and the staff are attentive and quick to respond to requests. My family especially likes the fact that our upstairs apartment doesn't have to be accessed by an outside, common stairwell; instead the outside door leads right into our private stairs. The pool is great, there is an onsite laundry and a fitness... center that can be accessed 24/7. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone seeking a quiet, convenient apartment home in Pensacola.

Nice/average apartment

Apartment is located major shopping and entertainment centers. it is also located near several hospitals and schools, Its a gated community so the security and safety are high. The community has its own pool, workout center and dog park. Apartment has seen some wear and tear, but everything is clean, up to code etc. On staff maintenance crews are another plus.
