People are really nice. On call is a really annoying parking system and sometimes people don’t clean up after their dogs but overall it is a nice community.

It is a great complex to live. The only issue can be the elevators, as they will only have one working at the time. Communication with staff is a little difficult. Over all, great location close to everything.

i love it here?? if i could have one thing different though at this point it would be assigned parking for atleast 1 vehicle per unit???? other than that so far so good.

Living at Bell at Plantation has been great thus far. We do have electrical issues from time to time with the gate but otherwise everything is ok.
