horrible management, rude staff, refused to show me anything because they wanted to close the office early. roaches and ghetto community, ghetto attitude from leasing office. leasing manager had to intervene because of how atrocious staff was behaving. mind you, i make 3x the rent and have a 750+ credit score, but they would never know because they greeted me with "i'm not showing you anything" after seeing me for the first time in their lives. disgusting. anyone that respects themselves and... wants respect from others, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Quiero expresar mi profunda insatisfacción con las condiciones de vida en los Apartamentos del Oro, donde radique por un año . A pesar de pagar puntualmente el alquiler cada mes, las condiciones en las que vivi son inaceptables y no corresponden con el precio que se pagó.

Desde que me mudé, he tenido que enfrentar los siguientes problemas graves:

1. **Plagas**: Hay una infestación continua de cucarachas y moscas en el apartamento. A pesar de múltiples intentos de desinfección, la situación no... ha mejorado.
2. **Condiciones insalubres**: Las áreas comunes y los alrededores del edificio no se limpian regularmente, lo que contribuye a la proliferación de plagas y a un ambiente insalubre.
3. **Mantenimiento deficiente**: Las solicitudes de mantenimiento son ignoradas o tardan mucho en ser atendidas.
4 Los artefactos electrónicos: lavadora, secadora, cocina y aire acondicionado no funcionan.solo generan más gastos en tu presupuesto ya que se te eleva el pago de electricidad
5. El olor a amoniaco que se respira debido a las filtraciones que existen


Estos problemas afectaron seriamente la calidad de vida y bienestar. A pesar de mis repetidos intentos de resolver estas cuestiones a través de los canales adecuados, no se ha recibido una respuesta adecuada ni una solución duradera, solo un mal trato de la administración
Realmente es Un lugar donde vivir ahí es lo peor que me ha pasado.

If you move here be ready. Management does not believe they have to be courteous, not notifying you of anything. We spent a week inhaling paint fumes in our apartment, very month plumbing issues. Rusted bathtubs, water damage that does not get remediated . I had to purchase two air purifying units. Just so that my wife and son could be comfortable. They are just about money.. so is a win vs lose.. so they always want to win. You pay for services that are not provided, unless ur constantly... asking for what you paid for. Read More

Run for your life!!!!!! As some of the previous reviews have mentioned they show you a model apartment that is nicely staged and decorated and smells good. When you get your actual apartment , it is a filth box, you are greeted by the roach family, it smells like mold, everything is painted over so you can't see the disgust underneath! I wish I could post pictures here to show you all exactly what I had to endure!!!!

when you get here they will show you a model apartment that does not resemble the actual apartment you will be renting at all! At first the staff is nice and when you report issues to them about the apartment they take forever to fix. MOLD IS EVERYWHERE. Beware !
