After residing here for three years, I feel compelled to share an honest review. The maintenance staff, responsible for the facilities and the pool, have been consistently great. However, I would strongly advise against considering this place. The walls are remarkably thin, leading to a lack of privacy. Some units are overcrowded, housing families of seven in a two-bedroom space. Regrettably, residing on the bottom floor has been an unfortunate experience due to paper-thin walls, frequent... encounters with Palmetto bugs, and a poor drainage system that struggles during rainfall. The pool maintenance is irregular, and the hot tub has been out of order for three years. Additionally, the noise from announcements made by the nearby school is highly audible. If you don't work from home and spend minimal time here, it might suit your needs. However, I'd strongly recommend exploring other living options.
