A/C broke on the 5th no response
Put in a service request for a broken a/c unit on the 5th it is the 7th, no response from front office or maintenance. This is the second time trying to get someone to fix my a/c unit. Last time took them 3 months to fix my shower

Christian, we apologize for any inconvenience but we received your work order for your A/C on a Saturday
and maintenance does not open work order requests on weekends but they do respond to emergency calls.
Monday morning they did see your request... and quickly attended to your issue and fixed your A/C that morning.
In the future if you ever have an emergency, please call our office number and follow the prompts for emergencies
and someone will get back to you.
According to our records, the last time your A/C was in need of repair, maintenance went the same day but was
turned away and then returned the next day and fixed it.
We really are here for our residents which many are very satisfied and want the same for you too.
