We have lived in the condominium for three years, and it has been exceptional—a very safe and peaceful area if that is one of your priorities. The amenities are regularly maintained and clean, and personally, a very important factor for us has been the management (Debra/Tessa) and their team, who are always very kind and willing to help

Living here has honestly been such a great experience. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, the common areas are clean. I feel comfortable living here and would definitely recommend this community!!!!

I truly love living in this neighborhood. It feels like a real community, and that’s because the staff genuinely look out for both the residents and the community as a whole. Deb, the property manager, is honestly the BEST she’s caring, attentive, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everyone feels supported and heard. Tessa is always kind, respectful, and pleasant to interact with, which really makes a difference day to day. The maintenance team is awesome as well they’re respectful,… responsive, and do a great job keeping the property clean and well maintained.
