Nice new building in a quiet area within Plantation. The move-in process was easy and maintenance does a great job. The community facilities are a nice plus.

I’ve only been living here a few days and I’m already wondering how I ever lived anywhere else! My experience so far has been above and beyond my expectations from day one when Chris from maintenance being attentive in helping in anyway he could, to the leasing office being extremely helpful and profesional doing everything with a great attitude and smile on their face. Super clean building, extremely friendly neighbors. I couldn’t be happier!

My one and only complaint is the noise. I have a neighbor who blasts his subwoofer nightly and I have made numerous complaints to the office to no avail. They do not seem to care about enforcing noise curfews. I have lived at other apartments where this was strongly enforced with fines, here they don’t seem to care or do much about it.
