Guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID matching the reservation prior to receiving check-in instructions and complete the rental agreement and check-in form before arrival. All guests must be registered with building management prior to arrival. Guests 18 years or older may be required to present their ID again at the Front Desk during check-in. A $350 pre-authorization hold is required for direct bookings only, which is released 5 days after checkout, provided there are no damages, missing items, or rule violations. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and only registered guests are permitted to use the building amenities. A building FOB will be issued during check-in and must be returned to the Front Desk at checkout; lost or unreturned FOBs will incur a $50 replacement fee. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in fines, removal from the property, or cancellation of the reservation without refund. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the unit, balconies, common areas, or within 25 feet of the building. Violations may result in a $500 fine and immediate cancellation without refund. Pets are not permitted at this property. Bringing an unauthorized pet may result in additional cleaning fees, damage charges, fines imposed by the building, and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees may apply. Unauthorized late departures may result in overstay fees. An initial supply of toiletries, paper products, linens, and towels is provided; additional supplies are available upon request for an additional fee.
