Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of all guests must be provided upon booking. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted for parking, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed; a $500 fine will be assessed for violations. The host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services during the guest's reservation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed; any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund and will be assessed a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM; any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is permitted; outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors; a $500 fine will be assessed for violations. If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to our pet policy; there is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video; unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus will result in a $1000 fine. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered at all must first obtain host permission. No packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates.
