One free on-site parking spot is included per reservation. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining night(s), and there is a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is permitted, including but not limited to cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use. Outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows and doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, and there is a $500 fine for violation. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus is allowed, and there is a $1000 fine for violation.
