No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund and will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed; outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building with all windows and doors closed, and there is a $500 fine for violation. If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to our pet policy, and there is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. The property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video; there is a $1000 fine for tampering with the security cameras.
