Parking is available with 4 spots per reservation, and only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted.

The Pompano Beach Fishing Village, South Florida’s newest beach dining and recreation area, is a short walk from the beach house.
No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining night(s), with a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is permitted, including cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use; outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows and doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, with a $500 fine for violation. If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to the pet policy; there is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Occupancy limits per the number stated in this listing are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full names (legal first and last names) guests must be provided upon booking. No trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence. Do not unplug, move, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus, with a $1000 fine for violation.
To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras. There are 3 cameras installed outside of the listing. 1 camera faces parking area, 1 camera faces the sidewalk, and 1 camera to view the courtyard. These cameras do not infringe upon any private area as they are only exterior. They are ON 24/7 during the reservation and capture/record audio and video.
Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security.
