Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of all guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles only; no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, and there is a $500 fine for violation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, including but not limited to cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use; outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, and there is a $500 fine for violation. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video; no unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus is allowed, and there is a $1000 fine for violation. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Check out time is 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon with the host and late 12 PM check out fee is paid prior to 10 PM the night before check out. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered must first obtain permission. No packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates. Receiving USPS mail is not permitted. The host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services during the guest's reservation. Since South Florida has a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets even close to freezing, which leads to it being a desirable climate for humans, geckos (brown anoles), and insects. While rare, and despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside through an open door, window, etc. Do not adjust any mounted TVs.
