Guests must provide a photo of a valid ID matching the reservation name before receiving check-in instructions. Full names of guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles only; no trailers, boats, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are permitted, with a $500 fine for violation. Host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property for maintenance.
