Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed, and any guest found to be having one will be required to leave immediately without a refund, with a $500 fine for violation. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check-out is at 11 AM. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees. Exterior cameras capture and record audio and video for guest safety, and any alteration of these cameras will result in a $1000 fine and potential cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Routine pest control is performed, but due to the sub-tropical climate, insects or geckos may occasionally enter the unit; refunds are not provided for this.
