Big mistake. Rude staff that hate their jobs.
All of the staff hate their jobs. They are rude and unhelpful. Homeless people all around and inside the building. I know a tenant whose car was broken into right up front, they wouldn’t give her the videos. Or the police. Spare yourself of this nightmare.
If you use the water fountain, they add a line item to your bill, based on the water usage at the gym.
AI powered cameras follow your every move. They told me about how my guest had been here for exactly 11 days. I could t even remember the... exact days… creepy.
If you use the snack bar, not only do you pay once at checkout, but they add a line item to your monthly payment also.
