Orchid Grove Townhomes

Probably one of the WORST experiences of my life living somewhere.
I have lived in University Apartments and plenty of other places and this really takes the lead on one of the worst property management companies I have ever dealt with.

After you rent they completely ghost you on any issues that arise, and they are OFTEN. Everything breaks and had my AC breaking every week in summer and they ignored me.

Melissa also not to mention when I first went to sign my lease told me I would be... getting a specific unit I looked at and then tried to put a completely different smaller house on the lease WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME.
That honestly should’ve been a red flag in itself but silly me.

My daughter has a home there; and it is so sad that the Security System is not helping to prevent car thieves and home breaking's in this community. As for the Pompano Beach Police, all they do is take report and not making it a priority. What your property needs to do is to enforce security from 11:00pm to 5:00am with armed security personnel and every entrance and exit from this property with camaras.
