The dining room offers expansive windows with waterfront views, a breakfast bar with seating for three, and a formal dining table with seating for four. The brightly lit living area is perfect for gathering to watch TV or catching up with friends, featuring 14 ft coffered ceilings, oversized leather couches, and a high-definition TV.
Free parking is available in the 2-car garage or on the driveway. If additional parking is needed, vehicles can park on the neighborhood streets. Heating the pool and spa is an extra feature available upon request with a $150 initial heating cost and $60 per day to maintain pool temperature. You also have the option to heat just the spa for $120 initial heating cost and $40 per day to maintain the temperature. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.
