Journet Place

Used to be really nice but now plagued with cockroaches, bedbug issues at least once a year, corridor carpeting stained and dirty, and no air on 2nd and 3rd floor hallways. Huge rent increases yearly that seniors on fixed incomes cannot afford so many have had to move.

My Mom used to live on this property. There is never anyone on staff for service calls of apartment issues. This is an over 55 community and to me this is unsafe. When there are apartment issues it will take weeks to get any response.

Very poor quality on any service or management.

This is a great building for 55 . We (my mother and I) decided on this community because it is a senior community, friendly neighbor, activities. Knowing my mother does not have to go outside to go to activities was key. This gave us both a safe feeling starting our new life in Florida. The grounds are great, the pool, all amenities are within building so no need for us to have to from building to building. We look over a beautiful pond in which my mother enjoys everyday which is peaceful... and serene which is so import for her happiness and health, and to top it all off the pool. Staff is great.
