Avoid at all cost

Unfortunately this is a place that the negative reviews left are warranted and a reality. The buildings themselves are so old that you run into ac issues, electrical issues, plumbing issues, etc. There's only so much maintenance can do when the building itself is trash. That is if they even try. If you're a 2nd floor prepare for never being able to cool down your unit. The ac units are not big enough to accommodate the larger units, ductwork is dirty, and windows are original from when… complex was built atleast 30+ years ago. Parking is horrible. You can pay for a covered spot but you may end up with one not even remotely near your unit. Water is shut off a lot and the pool in the back would close often due to children not knowing how to behave whatsoever. Even though the rent is cheap, the issues that come along with the complex are not worth it. In any capacity. Ive rented since 2007 and this was the absolute worst experience I have had from any complex I've lived at, ever.

Terrible!

This apartments have a terrible management service. At the beginning they're nice, after that it's terrible.Also the parking sucks, if you come home after 6pm you better get ready to walk far to your apt & also they're trash, electric & plumbing service sucks. I've had my toilet overflow & my light in the kitchen out for for more than a year. They have come to fix it & I keep telling them it's electric problems, but they don't listen. They're trash company is always leaving the trash, so might… as well throw it out yourself.They don't help you, but they be bothering you for any little thing.

Horrible management

The apartments are outdated and things break all of the time. Maintenance calls go unanswered and if you try to talk to the office manager they'll just quote corporate responses or policy. They arbitrarily enforce they're rules depending on the day. But at least they're cheap...

Love it here

I am in my second year at Park Place and this is my favorite place to live out of all the apartments I've ever rent. It is quiet, clean, no noise, with good upkeep from management and they responded quickly the one time I had an issue (water leak from above unit). I may never leave here!
