Don't lease here

there are always a shooting, few weeks ago a stabbing in the apartments. The management could care less about the bed bugs, Roaches, fleas and ant infestation. They charge you for sitting on the porch area and they not child friendly at all... the workers can't stand the property manager and Dominium doesn't care about concerns that the families bring up about bus stops and the harrasment towards the tenants fro. the property manager. They also have maintaince men walking into the apartment… while tenants are asleep...By they way these photos are photo shopped. They are terrible,they take advantage of the people here because they don't hhave many choices in rent these days. Please stay away....

shooting

What are you going to do about the shooting in your apts and the drug avtivity in there you are all suppose to be ck backgrounds i guess you people arent doing your jobs there are alot of little kids in this area what will you do if one of them gets it with the bullet try gatingoff the pro[pppperty and put up cameras maybe you wouldnt have so much crime and get a patrol car in there at all times i am sure the state can help you pay for all these things

i live here at regency palms

I love regency palms apartments they are nice and clean its a very Nice environment I just Love it its so peaceful and quiet rent is unbeatable I recommend this apartments to everyone that looking for the best even the staff are a1 they come fix thing very quickly love regency palms..

Management that does its job!

In the past, we have had some pretty bad management. But this new company is simply amazing. Complete renovations are in the works, they have cleaned up the area and keep it clean. Very friendly staff who expediently take care of any work orders you may have. Quite nice community, and the apartments are nice as well. Best place in Pasco County by far.
