Bugs are a natural and common occurrence in sunny Florida; the property is professionally sprayed for pests. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Plumbing is extremely sensitive; do not pour or flush grease, glass, metal, plastics, sanitary napkins, seafood shells, diapers, rags, clothing, explosives, flammable material, oil, or strong chemicals down any drain, as a fine of up to $500 will apply. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules.
Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. If an additional parking spot is needed, there is a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where extra parking spots can be found.
