Pearce at Pavilion Luxury Apartments

TAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! Billing is always messed up with random fees/alerts popping up throughout the month on your account. Filthy apartment common areas, dog poo everywhere, weed smell everywhere, low-quality/noisy people. Have gotten my car banged up three times just sitting in the parking lot ($2000 in damage) since I moved here but parked in the wrong parking spot once in two years and the staff had my car towed immediately - took my car and $300 out my pocket (to get it back) the week… rent is due. They have my car info and contact info and could've asked me to move it but called the tow company instead. No note, warning or anything. That's how much they care about their residents. If you want to live in a rapidly deteriorating place served by an office of vindictive people power tripping and acting like the tenants are a problem, this is your new home. IF NOT, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE. There are dozens of better places to live in the area besides this trash bin of a "community." Horrible move in experience, still waiting to see the luxury value in these luxury apartments

We are on DAY 19 without an elevator and there's absolutely NO urgency for repairs. We've been promised date after date and still, NO ELEVATOR!

We are new to Tampa and we have move here to make Tampa our permanent home, as well to start our family. Pearce at Pavilion was the Only property who had all those little details that make the difference. The customer service here is Amazing and we are very happy with our decision. Don’t think twice about this property, just rent it!!!
