This place is great, I just love it. The hiking trails, the pool, the gym, all love! That girl with brown curly hair in the office is cool too, I think it’s Gia? She’s awesome, sold me my apartment.

Location is excellent, and community is as well.
Really liked how easy access to I 75 makes commuting to Tampa easy. It really cuts down on drive time. I really appreciate all the amenities this beautiful property has to offer.

Beautiful community
I recently moved into Alafia Apartments and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! The community is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The apartments are spacious with modern finishes, and the views are absolutely stunning.
The leasing team made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. They were helpful, responsive, and truly made me feel welcomed from day one.
I’m so excited to be part of this community and I definitely recommend Alafia Apartments to anyone... looking for a great place to call home!
