I’ve been a resident here for a couple of years now and I’m continuously impressed with how much the staff does for its residents. they constantly put on events, send out updates, and provide amazing customer service whether it’s a question about rent or a maintenance request. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I have lived here for over 4 years and have never had a better experience with apartment living. The gals in the office are kind and helpful, they even helped me get signed up for the portal to submit maintenance requests and pay rent. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and quick. All of the guys wave when they are outside and I know most of them by name. The manager has been here for over 10 years as well and that tells me something about the company. I recommend this complex 100%.

I've been living at this community for a little over 6 months now and have loved every part of it! This was my first time living on my own and Sara as well as the rest of the leasing team were so incredible and truly cared about my experience. My apartment is so homey and spacious, from floor to ceiling every thing is in amazing shape and SO clean! I've never had any problems with bugs as pest control comes so often. The amenities make me feel like i live at a resort, i am at the pool any chance... i get and when i have friends visiting I always impress them with the kayaks in my own backyard! I love this place 10/10 DEF recommend.

I moved into this community in March, and I continue to be amazed at how friendly and helpful the staff is. They put on cool events every month and are always quick to respond to any calls or emails. The property itself is waterfront so they offer kayaks which is unique. Definitely the best apartment I've ever lived in!
