Waterfront Living & Amazing Staff

I moved into this community in March, and I continue to be amazed at how friendly and helpful the staff is. They put on cool events every month and are always quick to respond to any calls or emails. The property itself is waterfront so they offer kayaks which is unique. Definitely the best apartment I've ever lived in!

Helpful Staff and Fun Events

Living at the preserve has been a dream! I’ve never lived at a place where hearing back from the office is almost immediate. Maintenance is super friendly and willing to help. The office always has fun events and give aways which I love. Then the location itself is great, being right off 75 is super helpful for my job and I love being off the river.

Incredible Views & Service

This is the most beautiful community I have been to in the Tampa area. The views from the pool and beach at night are some of the best sunsets I've ever seen. My apartment is gorgeous and has so many modern features. I live in a building that has an elevator and it is so convenient to not have to use stairs. I picked the top floor of the building so I have amazing views and hear no noise from any of my neighbors. I love this place and recommend it to everyone!

Super friendly and welcoming

One of the most beautiful apartments I’ve seen in the area. High ceilings, meshed balconies to keep the bugs out, variety of layouts. The amenities are amazing, cannoning, trails with the property, bonfires, spacious gym, large pool and more. I don’t think you’ll ever get bored living here on top of that the community is so warm and welcoming, along with the staff; like a big family. The office is quick to help with fixing whatever is needed. Close to shopping centers and grocery stores. Found... out about this place through a friend and I can’t get over how amazing it is and what they provide to all the residents and guess. Doesn’t hurt to look into it.
