From the moment we walked in, Mariel was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and straightforward. She took the time to answer every question we had and never made us feel rushed or pressured. In fact, she encouraged us to explore other apartment communities before making a decision. That level of confidence and honesty spoke volumes. As parents helping our son relocate to Florida to pursue his dreams and begin his career, we were experiencing a lot of mixed emotions. Watching your child leave home and start this next chapter is exciting, but it’s also emotional. Mariel recognized that immediately and went above and beyond to reassure us that our son would be in good hands. She made us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process.

The community itself is beautiful, and the amenities are outstanding. The resort-style pool is gorgeous, and the outdoor gathering spaces are thoughtfully designed. One feature we especially loved was the large community entertainment area with a huge TV—perfect for gathering with friends and neighbors to watch sporting events, movies, or special occasions. The comfortable seating, grilling areas, and beautiful lake views create an inviting atmosphere that truly feels like home.

The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. Every detail felt well thought out, making it easy to envision our son settling in and enjoying this exciting new chapter of his life.

I love living here. The location is PERFECT! In beautiful Viera & close to 95 making my daily commute so much easier. The complex is beautiful inside and out. My Apartment is too cute. We have great amenities & the staff here at the Junction was incredibly helpful. Considering I moved here all the way from Texas they made every step incredibly easy and answered any and all questions for me. Mariel you are a Rockstar ! Thank you from the bottom of my heart !

I cannot recommend this complex enough! As military personnel, I often deal with tight timelines and stressful moves, but this was the best experience I've ever had. I came in for a tour yesterday and moved in today. I have never experienced such a fast, professional, and seamless process. The staff here is hands down the best especially Elizabeth and Mary. If you are looking for a beautiful place to live with a management team that truly cares and delivers, look no further!
