The Junction at Rockledge

I put in a work order request to look at the front door for a gap that was allowing wind and rainwater in. Amanda from maintenance responded immediately and raised the weatherstripping around the door and caulked the concrete exterior at the bottom of the door frame threshold.

As it is here in Central Florida everyday, we had a heavy downpour the next day, and there were no problems with the door or any rainwater coming in. She also changed out the air-conditioning filter.

I love living here. The location is PERFECT! In beautiful Viera & close to 95 making my daily commute so much easier. The complex is beautiful inside and out. My Apartment is too cute. We have great amenities & the staff here at the Junction was incredibly helpful. Considering I moved here all the way from Texas they made every step incredibly easy and answered any and all questions for me. Mariel you are a Rockstar ! Thank you from the bottom of my heart !

I cannot recommend this complex enough! As military personnel, I often deal with tight timelines and stressful moves, but this was the best experience I've ever had. I came in for a tour yesterday and moved in today. I have never experienced such a fast, professional, and seamless process. The staff here is hands down the best especially Elizabeth and Mary. If you are looking for a beautiful place to live with a management team that truly cares and delivers, look no further!
