If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31, it is highly recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, LaDolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have reserved a space on the beach. On their site, select "30A South Walton," then select "The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach" (your beach is Seacrest). They will request the address to reserve your chairs, which will be found on your rental agreement after booking.
Quiet hours are observed between 11 PM and 7 AM.
