Excelente experiencia viviendo en este complejo residencial.
Quiero destacar especialmente a Evelyn, la manager, por su profesionalismo, amabilidad y disposición constante para ayudar. Siempre está atenta a cualquier necesidad, responde con rapidez y se nota su compromiso por mantener un ambiente agradable y bien organizado para los residentes.
Gracias a su gestión, el complejo se siente seguro, bien mantenido y con una atención al residente de primera.

Don't live here

I've been here for a couple of months and am not happy. Management and maintenance are nice but that doesn't mean they will solve any issues. This place is old and suffers for it. Windows are 35 years old. Ants are all over the place. There is a strange odor that gets in the ventilation and you smell it in the evenings. When I moved in the apartment was filthy. The hallways so badly need to be cleaned and they haven't done that at all. Maintenance takes their time fixing anything. You never know... when they will come. I sometimes have to contact them 2-3 times to get them over here. So far they have done nothing regarding a barking dog that barks all morning for several hours.
