Some amenities are managed by the HOA and may occasionally close for maintenance or cleaning; availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for amenity-related issues. Construction or renovations may occur in the nearby area without prior notice. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am daily. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry.
