No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the rental, and a $250 penalty applies if cleaners determine smoking has taken place. In the case of a lockout, a fee of $125 is charged for re-entry assistance, with a $200 fee outside regular business hours. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations, and no refunds are issued for such disturbances.
