Each of the three bedrooms offers comfortable beds topped with quality linen, wall-mounted Smart TVs, closets, ceiling fans, and USB charging stations. You'll also have access to a washing machine and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board. Step out onto the side deck and cook lunch on the George Foreman Grill, or sit on the front patio with four Adirondack chairs and two end tables.

Centrally located, this cottage is 3 miles from downtown and 5 miles from the nearest beach. It's situated in a quiet, leafy neighborhood minutes from the Historic District, restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping. Pack your golf clubs and play at the Royal St. Augustine Country Club, just a short 4-minute drive away, and stock up on supplies at the Publix supermarket, only 5 minutes from the house. You’ll be a short drive to St. George Street and Aviles Street, the oldest street in the nation, known for its art galleries and romantic restaurants.
Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the Ring security camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Vaping and smoking are not allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay.
